  1. According to what you explained, If i consume sugar but still eat at a calorie deficit, what will i burn???? Can't I burn fat????

  2. Hello Dr Berg.We have also a nutritionist (indeed she is cardiovascular expert) Dr Canan Karatay.She has been giving advice to public "Do not consume fruits, they consist of a lot of sugar, fiber and some fructose" And almost no one believes her.

    After watching your videos, I understand that she doesn't deserve those teasing behaviours ppl make.Thanks for all the videos.

  3. I had a teaspoon of sugar the other day with my tea and felt like I was on turbo charge and anxious. I don’t like that feeling anymore and I’m done with the “crack”.

I cut out all the sugar I can but there's one sugar I just can't cut and that's my one morning coffee I put two small teaspoons of sugar in and that's it and I'm not I can't stop and I won't that's the only sugar I refuse to give up. But I've been drinking my apple cider vinegar and I'm definitely losing weight so not totally sure how accurate that is

  6. tried to lose some weight for a month///nothing happened! now I have cut out the bread, potatoes and anything that contains sugar of any kind for 4 days…lost 1 kilo and seems the scale is on a downward trend, so no cheating or all will be in vane!

  7. Dr. Berg, thank you for all your extremely valuable information. I have a question about the labels and sugar. What if the lable says 0 sugar grams but it contains glucose or sucralose in the ingredients? Are these still registered in the body as sugar and spiking insulin levels?
