  1. I can't get this formula in Canada, what can I take at night? I feel ripped off not being able to buy a supplement from the states.

  2. Never a mention of proper Buddhist meditation, Dr Berg. Arguably, a 20 min or more meditation before bedtime would help stress relief as much, if not more than dietary supplements

  3. How to manage sleep if you work night shifts! !! I work 1 night out of 2 a week !! So 3 to 4 night shifts a week! ! Is that affecting my fat burning
