  1. Dr. Berg, when making burgers (grassfed), I usually divide them into 3 oz patties. But after they're cooked (I use an air fryer), they only weigh 1.8 oz. Which weight do I use when counting my daily macros?

  2. I understand all of this for weight loss and I love big salads but… what about Joie de vivre? Sharing meals is such an enjoyable part of life! How do you balance that with all of these restrictions? I'd say grains and beans are part of a healthy diet – understand they're high in carbs but I hope you're not saying to cut those out forever! We are not eating just to survive !

  3. How funny that you knock beans for weight loss when in fact they are excellent when paired with meat dishes. The fill you up with little calories and add protein and slow metabolizing carbs. They are high in fiber and **nutrients**..they help move the meat along in your system, yet you completely ignored all of this. This makes me question your integrity. We see beans are a staple in the Blue Zones and increase longevity while keeping everyone thin. Your credibility is in question…but your shirt is a nice color.

  4. Great content, really like your videos… maybe this one could use a clear "sum up" at the end. Like a list of what is OK to eat

  5. Dr. Berg your the best Brother… Been following you for years and you got me shredded… I even buy some of your supplements off of Amazon…

  6. What are the differences between grains? Obviously wheat is the worst, as it has most crappy carbs and very little anything useful. How about oats and rye?

  7. Tell us about mutton ,as living in Punjab I do have in abundance goats and greens ,fish too but we r fond of mutton as easily available, chicken is unhealthy so is strictly avoided
    Looking forward
