Take Dr. Berg’s Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz

Dr. Berg talks about the reasons why people are not able to lose weight. Losing weight goes against the sole purpose of the body which is to survive. The way to lose weight is not to starve the body or over training. The purpose of fat in our body is to protect starvation of sugar. So in order to lose belly fat, we need to get rid of sugars from our diet.

Dr. Berg discusses why you really can’t lose weight. The body does not like to lose anything. Losing weight is against it’s purpose to survive. However, if you get it healthy and do things to increase survival it can drop the fat. Muscle healing, endurance, strength must all come back before the fat will be properly burned. Stubborn weight can be release if the body gets healthy.

  1. I'm not overweight as such but I've always had a bit of belly fat and found it so difficult to build my arms ,I think this might provide some answers. John

  2. It's sad that ignorant fake "fitness experts" have more views and subscribers than a person who is actually qualified and provides REAL content.

  3. Makes sense, I just increase my protein intake, and eat more carbs when working out with weights. In the morning I have fruit and youghurt, also I watch my portions but not religiously.
I eat when hungry, simple and works for me.

  4. 061117226I am loosing fat, but sorry there is not a stich of muscle growth so there must be some variables eepecially when exposed to air toxins, certain negative body conditions(assaults and attempted murders on me plus sociopolitical assaults)
There must be either a signalling and then fail or signalling but acceptance for certain nutrients or a preferred set of nutrients because other people think and they grow and while doing simple exercise I hurt and put on fat and looked or at least felt like I was hurting muscle. Still to this day despite seemly starting to burn old fat not one stich of muscle and the yeast or Creatine caused weird pain and straining of muscles. I can't reduplicate about two or three weeks I got pissed and refused to exercise and I saw fat removal, but no changes in the muscle. One wrong food and it's hard to stop and I pack on like crazy in the low back sides towards the belly. There has to be some signalling from the gut and out but the signalling and actual absorption are still different

  5. All that depend of the type of what kind of nervous system we have. A kind of diet does not work the same way for everyone. It’s depend of if someone has a sympathetic nervous system and parasymoathetic nervous system.
