  1. It seems like our bodies violate the first and second laws of thermodynamics. If i only happen to eat say 1700 calories in a day in a feasting window and i am a fairly recently active 240 pound male why would it matter how stressed i am or if the food is pure junk, etc.? When they say a given food is 300 calories on the nutrition label lol does that mean 300 calories if you arent stressed and otherwise normal? I really dont understand how to me it seems like your body is able to pull free energy out of oblivion if you are simply stressed all day, eat bad carbs, sleep 5 hours a night, etc. At the end of the day isnt it calories in / calories out? Perhaps a video going into the precise science of how when you are stressed calories in and calories out changes…

  2. Thank you for your valuable advices. …..but please what about weight for those people (adult) who which to gain weight and don't want to have a huge accumulation of abdominal fat

  3. Is there an optimal time during the day or evening to walk to improve sleep? I have slept 5-1/2 hours a night my entire adult life and feel rested, but I want to see if I can get that number closer to 7 hours. I also just ordered the adrenal sleep product. Thank you!

  4. Is it possible to be all four body types? Also can you be an estrogen type even after menopause? I seem to have a combination of symptoms. Mostly adrenal and thyroid though.

  5. I wasn't overweight, but wanted to loose last 10 pound. Started with strict keto with exercises ( no carbs at all) just 90% liquid fat + 10 % protein. Helped for while, but hit plateau. So sticked to 100% protein diet. White eggs only with witamins once a day evening and low calories. That helped…. 100% skinny proteins ( white eggs) shredded me to 5% body fat + exercises. Im 43…

  6. I am getting small in body but the sale would not drop low.and the fat sale keep showing the same number or long with the Taylor tape. only the clothes that was to small is now to big. What can I do to fixed this problems?

Bought race minerals, I got the D, E, and vitamin includes k s n vitamins I'm getting there. I am a bit nervous in the high fats from bacon but after learning the video for Dr Berg I see it's ok. I'm my 20s I had bad chlorestrol i was 105 pound.. now I'm in my late 40s but haven't checked.. It's a journey of learning. I thank Dr Berg for g st long me and many other people understand our body.

  8. PLEASE CLARIFY: I follow Dr Berg’s advice of exercising in mornings, before breakfast after watching one of Dr Berg videos that says we have lower levels of insulin in mornings and insulin reduces fat burning. Another video says Cortisol converts proteins into sugar, which stimulates insulin and that means Cortisol is bad for fat burning as it indirectly increases insulin levels in blood. Therefore, Dr Berg correctly advises us to avoid stress, as that is a cause for increased Cortisol. Then, another Dr Berg video says that in mornings we have a bit higher levels of Cortisol when we wake up even if we have lower levels of insulin from overnight fasting. Please help us understand this contradiction of having higher levels on Cortisol in the mornings and then choosing mornings before breakfast as a better time for fat burning exercises.

  9. Thank you for making this video!
I've watched most all your videos. I take all your advice. I I am having an issue with ALL THREE hormones to where I did get the sudden pooch, the cyst on ovary, and a fibroid. NOW WHAT?! Can it be my adrenals too?
