Dr. Berg discusses what to eat according to your body type to get healthy and lose weight. Eating certain foods for your particular body type can trigger your body into burning unnecessary fat. In this video, Dr. Berg also discusses what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dr. Berg, 51 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. His private practice is located in Alexandria, Virginia.   1. I definitely have the thyroid body. My doc took blood test to see what's up…she recommended vitamin D….that's it. That's all she had to say…over the phone, via the receptionist.

  2. Dr. Berg, I am the adrenal body type but I have endometriosis. Would you recommend working on the adrenal diet first and just do half kale and half cruciferous vegetables for my vegetables? Thanks for your input!

Dr Berg you are an expert on body types and what to eat in order to lose weight but what about the body type of an ectomorph with an extremely fast metabolism on a low-carb diet trying to build more muscle mass without fat. What should they eat that is best for them health-wise and physical wise as far as building muscle in the gym?

  4. What does 7 cups of veg look like? Which ones, how much of each ? What kinda cups ? How large are the pieces ?? Please show or give a more quantifiable measure.

  5. This was amazing Dr. Berg, thank you. I believe my issue is adrenal, but I do get a lot of shoulder pain and tension. I always assume it’s stress related. My question is if I also have anemia and iron absorption issues what can we do to help that naturally.

  6. I’m ovary it’s weird how the mind works because i gravitate to eating cabbage broccoli boc Choy and cauliflower those are my favorite veggies

  7. What do I do if I have the ovary body type but am vegan? Soy is a staple of my diet! I mean, I always use nut based alternatives if I can (like for milk, yogurt, bread, etc) but there’s absolutely no way I can avoid soy entirely! And how am I supposed to get dairy in there?
