  2. This was great, I have been researching "plateau breaker chest" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Conabel Muscle Marmsome – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got excellent success with it.

  3. When I plateaud after I lost about 35 pounds I just cut more calories and exercised about 15 minutes more a day it was simple for me

  5. I started on a diet about 7 years ago at the age of 38. My blood work was not optimal and my BP was around the 145/85 range. So I bought running shoes the next day and started running. I also adopted a low fat, high protein diet. I also returned to lifting weights. I began running and worked up to an average of 5-6 miles daily, 4-6 day’s a week. I definitely overtrained and had too much of a caloric deficit. I did lose a lot of weight and dropped from 205-168 lbs. Over time I switched from cardio to weightlifting and packed on the muscle. I surged to 178 lbs. and hit multiple personal records in weightlifting. As time passed my diet faltered and I pushed up to 186 lbs this summer. A belly popped up. The weightlifting continued, and I let the cardio slip to 2 miles 3 days a week. That’s when I found the Ketogenic Diet and intermittent fasting. Now I am Keto adapted and down 16 lbs. in less than too months. Only gains in the gym. Cut out cardio and switched to HIIT. Hopefully see that six pack soon. Skin better since ditching the carbs. I used to get breakouts on my face and chest.
    I also intermittent fast. I eat twice a day on a 16/8 or 18/4 hour fast schedule. Jacked with energy. I do enjoy a few beers here and there, and throw in a carb day once a month. Currently my BP is around 130/78, not perfect but far better.

  6. Does anyone know: does blood sugar correspond exactly to blood insulin, in other words does a low blood sugar, say 60, mean low blood insulin. Fran

  7. I just started the two-meal plan. It's fantastic! Down 6.4 lbs. in four days. What a pleasure, after being on a plateau for several months. I'm not snacking at all, eating plenty of fats and veggies and moderate protein. Feeling GREAT! There is a little desire to eat at lunch, but it soon passes. I just drink some water and before you know it, it's time for dinner. My daughter and her husband are doing the same thing, with very good results. What a break through!

  8. Dr Berg I am a female of 49 years (menopause at 45) is not able to loose any weight. I tried keto diet, I tried IF. My body tones but I do not loose weight. Please help. Yes sleep is a problem and I am working on it. Doing things as guided by you in your videos. Please help.

  10. after watching this video i think my problem is "sleep" . . . so how do you fix that?? i have been having problems sleeping for several months . . . difficult to fall asleep and i wake up after the first hour and toss and turn for a while . . . . . how do i fix that??
