• Bezukhov on 04/05 Sez: Takeout order wrong, manager snotty about it. Said they would give me the missing item next time I came in, but whenl I said I’d prefer to just get a refund the manager got his hackles up. Manager asked how often I came in; I didn’t know, but guessed once or twice a month. That must have been the wrong answer; he said they would have to insist on my producing a receipt before they could actually refund the money for the item I’d paid for and not received. Who saves restaurant receipts. But, quite by accident, I find I DO have it, so I shall have my refund. Then I’ll not be back; their food is good, but not THAT good: $20.93 for ONE lunch for ONE person: soup, salad, sandwich and roll, no drink. I could have eaten a full meal at Fountain City Creamery, an REAL restaurant nearby, for less than that.
