  • Cathy Medina on 07/14 Sez: There are 3 Starbucks by my house, and the Monroe location is the worst service I've EVER experienced. They have such poor customer service. The people who make the coffee there make it HORRIBLE! My Mocha tastes like a cup of hot milk! Who wants to pay almost $4.00 for a cup of hot milk? I suggest the Monroe location staff get tips on how to make a Mocha the RIGHT way and get pointers from the Almeda Rd. location. An African American lady who works at the Monroe location (drive-thru-window) doesn't seem to like her job, and makes that clear to me everytime I go. No kind of common courtesy whatsoever! This staff represents "STARBUCKS" and should meet and greet each and every customer with respect. It's no wonder there's never a line at the drive-thru at the Monroe location.
