We are 1 mile from Gruene & 3 miles from downtown New Braunfels. 44 units with or without kitchens; clubhouse; swimming pool -- kids LOVE the slide; volleyball; tube & raft rental on premises. This is a great place for family reunions, church groups, team building events, corporate events in a relaxed atmosphere, couples get-aways, etc. We're not fancy.....but we're FUN!!
