• Karen on 04/14 Sez: I used the copy machines at kinkos and mistakenly used the color copier even tho I was getting black and white copies made of my tax return. I was of course very shocked to see my bill come to 25.00! I had no idea the color copier was charging 53 cents a page even when I copied in black and white. I told the manager, who had helped me earlier check the paper, about what happened, but he was not forthcoming at all in trying to get me a refund for what happened. All he did was keep pointing to the sign and saying it was COLOR, it's COLOR, you used the COLOR machine. Wow! Not a good way to treat a customer or do business. Not impressed anymore with that location. Is is under different management? If so, they should seriously take a course in how to run a business.
