• Samface on 08/17 Sez: I've been a regular at Dulce for the better part of two years now, and I have absolutely no complaints. The drinks there are amazing, and i have NEVER had problems with the staff. Ely and Andy (the two owners) are always behind the counter too, and they have made the effort to get to know their customers. They are always friendly and open to me, and that also helps make sure that I keep coming back-- on top of the amazing tapioca. The only problems I ever had were when they messed up my order a few times, and when I told them, they corrected it with no complaint and gave me the correct drink at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
• Summer on 08/16 Sez: The one thing and only reason i go to Dulce's for is their splendid tapioca! No other place that i've tried could measure up to theirs. The lounge is nice and cleam enough but the workers tend to come off as a bit taciturn and unwelcoming. Also their schedules are unstable and change frequently. On several days they open at around noon which i think is just pathetically late. On my last visit, it was a saturday night and they had posted a sign saying they would be closed at 8:30pm instead of the usual 10 or 9. We luckily made it in the knick of time arriving about 30 mins before closing time. They did not let us order due to "no ice." I dont know about you but thats a bullshit excuse.  We could have given a hefty sum of money too!  Is it because they know their tapioca is the best around and think that everyone can run on their own schedule and allow them to be obnoxious, im not sure but one thing that wont kill them to fix is the extremely poor costumer service.
• asha on 09/17 Sez: Dulce Tapioca's awesome!!! the people are so super sweet and nice, they have lots of games to play and everyone is very friendly. It's comfortable, well-lit and well-decorated, and I absolutely love it. I think everyone should go if they have a taste for tapioca drinks/ bubble tea. I've never experienced any of the people being rude to me, everyone is super nice and they deserve their business to be a success. I love them!!
• Mandy on 08/11 Sez: I used to be a regular customer there until one day I went in with a group of friends and two of us ordered drinks while the other two just asked for water. I was the second to ask for water and when I did the owner told me that, "Listen, you all are coming in here and ordering water and just two drinks and sitting down. How am I supposed to do business, this doesn't make sense. This is not how business works." Then, I told my friends and he kept rudely calling out my water order and when I politely refused he got even more mad and complained that I ordered water so I had better take it. The bad treatment was enough for me to never go back again. Business doesn't mean you sell everytime. The place was packed and not everyone had a drink. I don't know why he was complaining about not having business because everytime I used to go there would be no room to sit.
• Daniel Wang on 06/11 Sez: I have never heard of this place till this year. i went there and man the tapioca was AMAZING! best place ever! i love to hang out with friends and just go there for drinks! kiwi Blend tapioca is amazing =P
