Disappointing. Tuesday afternoon visit at about 2 pm.
Briskett was dry and grey...no smoke ring color at all. So...are these folks just using liquid smoke and no wood in the smoker ?
Pork ribs were "re-warmed" by a quick grilling on the grill. Dry meat and charred...good for a hambuger...but not ribs.
Baked beans were un-inspiring...garlic mashed potatoes lacked any/all flavor.
Mustard greens were the only delicable offering for these 2 visitors.
Sauces and sauce selection were great...although the No. Carolina vinegar-based sauce was not available and the server did not even know it existing (even though listed on the web site).
We would not come back, unfortunately.
