I've eaten here many many many times and found the food to be excellent. Service has always been prompt for my family and I. It has an atmosphere that's old-world means new since it offers free wi-fi and cable tv to enjoy your meal with. I've been there at varies times to see that for most part it does have a quiet work enviroment, not saying it's silent all the time. Childern come and go with customers, but over all 5 of 5 in my book. Food is authentic recipes, beer excellent, and atmosphere superb.

Very disappointed with their service, the cashier doesn't know how to approach customer, there was a kid eats at $1.00 on Saturday, he doesn't know how to do the discount instead gave bad excuse to charge as regular price. I ordered at 12.50p.m. only have my food at 1.25 p.m. is this a 5 star hotel that I have to wait for the chef to design the food. There was no apologize from the manager on duty at all, more over she handed back the difference on the kid meal refund to me, she threw the money on the table, not a word that she said to me. I felt this type of franchise shouldn't be in town any more. My last visit was Feb 16th 2008. The Manager name's Deborah Hill, the Cashier's name Kramer.
