  • Lily on 05/12 Sez: I've been to Bixbys manys times and everytime I love it!!!! Great food, staff and the wireless internet is nice too! the new management is very nice and has been kind everytime I've been there. theres also a Bixbys in Grand Rapids(MN) which is also very nice! wireless internet, GREAT staff and there is also very nice people who regularly go there. I high suggest going to either of the Bixbys Cafes!
  • Christina on 03/27 Sez: In response to Angie, you probably come in later in the day so we don't keep as many bagels up at a time. At the end of the day, whatever we have left over is set aside for days-olds or thrown out. It loses us a lot of money to keep that many out at one time. Also, the bagels are much more fresh this way.
  • Clair on 01/04 Sez: it's nice how you can study at Bixby's without being pressured to leave after you eat...free coffee refills are awesome!! within walking distance to UMD is perfect for us students and the staff is hilrious!!

  • Sarah Mokrzycki on 10/27 Sez: Well I work at Bixby's so I am biased. The food is decent, but over priced. Staff has a really high turn over rate because we are all in school, so every fall a lot of our summer people leave for school in other places, but most of them return the following spring. We just got a new manager and the transitions was smooth and we are vastly improving our menu variety. As for how the staff treats customers, I have never seen anything but kindness, anything other than that would be dealt with by managment. And if we were rude, maybe its because of how you were acting...
  • Angie on 03/09 Sez: Love the bagels, but staff never makes sure there is plenty of each. There should always be at least a dozen of each kind at all times. A few time I have had to choose another kind because they wouldn't make more of what I wanted. One time, however, one of the workers did make more of the kind I wanted, but that never happened again.

  • Sarah on 04/01 Sez: I am surprized this place in still in business, The service is slow and unfriendly,rude staff. My order has been wrong time after time. Why do they have such a big turnover in the employees...could it be management? I will not return here.
