  • mary faile on 07/21 Sez: i stood in line for 2 hrs to buy a book (harry Potter) that i reserved months ago.When I got to the counter they tried to charge me extra because they could not find my membership.Across the road I bought the book for the fair price and got give-a- ways(-go to walmart.)I and my dtr buy expensive technical books all the time,but I will never buy from them again,and being in the field i am in i come into contact with 40 people a day,I will tell everyone I meet about how i was treated.
