Slow, confused service. Food ok but part of mine was gritty - dropped on floor and put back on plate before served?
Coffee bitter. $9.46 for 2 eggs scrambeled, sausage side, sm coffee, english muffin. Parking on street only. Wireless was not working when I arrived. Uncomfortable seating. If you are into ethnic Eritrean food you will experience fast service - maybe I'll try some if I ever come back - unlikely. English is not the primary language spoken here.

Free wireless, good food, lots of sun!
This is at the corner of 40th/MLK, kitty corner from Marcus Books. It's sunny and the free wireless has a strong signal on the north side- I'm gonna ask the owner to work on the east side. There are outlets by every table (unlike other nearby cafes). Their menu is ample and you can get an egg (plain or benedict) for $1.25, which is a good cheap snack while working. They have vegetarian items. Their website is pretty bare, but you can see the menu, which has Eritrean, Italian, and American food. Staff is friendly, music is playing. The one bummer is it closes at 5pm, but who knows, with more traffic, that could change. My neighborhood could use a good cafe, and this one is almost there (staffing skills are sometimes uneven).
