• Mariela Abreu on 07/11 Sez: Unorganized, messing place as cafe and the experience with printer can't be worst. I'm a Graphic Designer and recommended the place (my BIG MISTAKE) to a client who was looking for an inexpensive, central located printer. Prices were acceptable for the job and they promise the job will be ready from 2 to 5 days. First they lost the files and we had to send the files again, then they have been playing with my client for more than 3 weeks, every time he called them or go there to pick up the Job (just 1000 BC and and 1000 8.5" x 11" trifold brochure) they say "the job will be ready tomorrow because we had "power problems" or any other excuse. After more than a month, my client just received 150 brochure, with a very poor quality and the BC. And they charged $160 from my client's deposit. Any excuse or apology was given to my client just an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude. I would never recommend this place to anybody and I'm letting know all the Designers I know about the incident so they don't make the same mistake I did. I know that any small business has a contingency but that doesn't justify a poor customer service or a disrespectful attitude with clients.
