Nice neighborhood cafe. The sign says Chats Cafe, but the locals call it Cafe No Underpants. Service varies depending on who is working, but I've found the wifi to be dependable there. Ask the person working for the WEP key.

  • DeepSpace on 06/22 Sez: Cafe No Underpants! Ha! I went looking for this one. I walked in and asked the lady at the counter if this was cafe no underpants :) Anyway, nice cafe. The wifi is secure but you can get the WEP 10 digit key from the counter.
