• ADAM on 09/12 Sez: We first got into the apartment and within an hour we found over 100 roaches. We put down a pizza for 10 minutes and roaches had gotten to it in...in 10 minutes!! Well after the first glance we noticed obvious signs of mold on the ceiling and fireplace, mold in the bathroom, baseboards kicked out, exterior structure falling off the frames (seriously), and doors and windows couldn't close. Now this was within the first hour and they actually moved someone into a place like that. Well we went to go talk to the office manager about it, she refused to talk to us because she said that "she wasn't supposed to work that day and can't talk to us." We actually had to go in there twice and scream in people's faces just to have the manager (whom was sitting in her glass office) told us that she would fix it. In the mean time, they gave us a can of Raid to fix the problem. We stayed there for only 4 days and the problem never got fixed, and we never ogt one appology. Don't EVER go to this place!!!
