  • katie on 04/30 Sez: first of all...the owners have been the same throughout the entire process. it is a local mom and pop store and they are amazing. a one time accidental bagel rip should be forgiven... especially because the knife sometimes smashes it. Even if your mocha tasted funny - i bet if you asked they would make you another drink free of charge. becase they are just that nice
  • Ally on 04/22 Sez: Koffeheads was good, before they switched owners. Then, all of a sudden the mocha's didn't taste good... I got a bagel, and it looked like they ripped it apart with their hands, instead of a knife... I was so disgusted, I'll never go back.
