  • Jim Tucker on 02/27 Sez: This Panera was great when it first opened but has gone way down hill.The prices have gone way up and the service has gone down. The coffee is terrible most of the time and you have to remind the people there to fill them. But then again the employees always seem overwhelmed and I saw one of them in tears...so I can see why they might not be to worried about the java. But there is free wireless!
