A great spring recipe, and a perfect way to serve this prime cut of beef. Season the steak well with garlic, pepper, salt and rosemary and make sure the pan is sizzling hot before cooking. Delicious.

  1. when I sear steak or chicken in a pan on the stove using olive oil it sprays all over the stove top…. and I don't use a ton of oil… what am I doing wrong?
