  1. I like my steak cooked, well if you could take a ribeye steak out of a live cow, i like it cooked just enough to where a good veternarian could put it back and save its life, but hey, i am irish,lol.

  2. The steak looked like grass/pasture (free range?) beef, leaner, much healthier and flavour-some (note spelling I'm Australian we spell correctly here). Five or six minutes a side? Are you cooking the steak or cremating it. Two to three minutes per side at most. Personally I would only cook the steak for a total of three to four minutes. Knock its horns off, wipe its bum(ass) and stick it on the plate. The roasted garlic wonderful touch.

  3. Garlic and olive oil, 2 most overused flavoring so these days. Everything does not need to be swilling in garlic and olive oil.

  4. "If your dad likes a lot of garlic, add more garlic" and if your dad doesn't like a lot of garlic, you may be in the house with a vampire or another freak of nature, get rid of it.
