Tender diced beef steak cooked in garlic infused oil and topped with grated daikon and ponze soy sauce.

Ingredients:

14 oz/400 g good quality steak (tenderloin), at room temperature
2 inch (5 oz/150 g) daikon (Japanese radish)
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. white wine (I used dry sherry)
1 scallion for garnish
Korean chili thread for garnish (optional)
3 Tbps. ponzu sauce (homemade ponzu sauce reicpe here)

  1. Your ingredient list is too fast. Keep it longer. The rule of thumb is to read it yourself. That's how long you should keep it. Another option is to just flash it back at the end. Otherwise it's well done.
