  1. Hell yea boys them Bovine pancakes look absolutely deelish! Only thing I would do is dump a little beer on the steak while cookin and have a nice Dutch oven goin with Dutch oven fryed taters n onions! 😉 leave that Salad for the cluckers lol love it boys!

  2. Hey if these are sold by weight, wouldnt the bone be a bit expensive as something you can eat as is? I guess the same could be said be for ribs, but what are your thoughts on this?

  3. screw the salad give me some cast iron fried mushrooms, some green beans and four slices of cheddar cheese cut 1/4 inch thick.

as for the flipping, i only flip my steak once, at 500+ degrees 30 seconds, quarter turn, thirty seconds, flip, 30 seconds quarter turn, thirty seconds, probe it and put it on the warm side of the grill and close lid until it reaches 110-120F

for seasoning i do the good ole SPG but i like to add a dash of ground up red chili flakes and/or ghost chili for heat.

  4. At least the rib meat wasn't taken off..where I come from they take the meat off the rib so it's just rib.. and the rib is about 4" longer than the one Yous cooking ..tomahawks are just a rip off..its a bone in ribeye with more bone that you can't eat… your paying $10.00 to $14.00 a pound for an extra 6" of bone.. You'll pay about $5.99 a pound for bone in short ribs. People are just goofy lol
