Learn How to make an Incredible Pepper Steak Recipe

Pepper Steak is whats for supper! This recipe is so good! If you follow it completely and do not leave anything out, you will be so pleased. If you have a big family, double it! Serve it with rice, or over creamed potatoes like I did! This one is definitely a keeper for your must have recipes!
PEPPER STEAK
1 GARLIC CLOVE CRUSHED
1 TSP. GROUND GINGER
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
2 BEEF BULLION (CRUSHED) OR USE 2 TSP GRANULES
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/2 TSP. OF SUGAR
1 CUP OF HOT WATER
1 TBSP. CORN STARCH
1 ONION SLICED THIN
5 SECTIONS OF BELL PEPPER (USE GREEN AND RED)
SIRLOIN STEAK SLICED VERY THIN (PUT IN FREEZER 1 HOUR PRIOR)

  2. Ouch you should have changed or washed that board before placing the meat. Cross contamination is caused through that habit and can lead to food poisoning. Recipe is great though

  3. pepper steak looks goooood…what cut of beef do you use?…also (some where along the way) I saw a warning about using metal cooking utensils on non stick pans…metal utensils scrape minute particles of the non stick coating and gets them in your food…not being negative at all, love your show…I am from Arkansas, but my ancestors lived in Georgia before splitting from the family and moving to Arkansas…circa 1840's…point is my family cooked so much like you are doing now…most of the old folks are gone and the methods and recipes went with them…but your videos are preserving their style of cooking…thank you very much, please keep at it…also our dogs have been and always will be little members of our family…my Daddy told me that I cut my teeth on the tail of a red bone hound…
