  1. Really want to try this, but have these limitations – can't use wine, maybe substitue tarragon or balsamic vinegar? Alslo, There is no grill in sight. Can these be djust plopped in a big fry pane, maybe with some buttar? And wood it be wise to tenderize before marinading with one o' those multineedle stabber thingies?

  2. i think the secret to this recipe is using a nice sharp edged tong and mixing all the marinade together in a bowl for 10 min, but you gottttttaa do it like chef john for sure newbies.

  7. You can use a wine of your choosing, however, it would not be a marsala skirt steak, being that you didn't use a marsala wine.

  8. It'll taste okay, as any steak would. However, keep in mind that the more you cook any type of steak, the tougher and drier the meat is. Personally, I find medium-well is the best way to have a steak. Slightly pink in the middle, the meat is not hard to cut, flavorful.

  9. I tried this recipe and loved it ! I also tried the marinated with oven roasted chicken cover in bread crumbs it was so yummy!
