  1. Use only soy sauce n sugar as sauce. Stir fry in this order. Onion. Garlic. Beef. Green onion. soy sauce (not much). Sugar. Mogolian beef is spose to be kinda dry

  2. Coat beef in corn startch first then fry. No ginger in Mongolian beef. More longer cut of green onion. Lots of yellow onion sliced. Garlic. I dig ur oil dispenser. I have the same ☺

  4. It would have been nice to know the exact quantity of the other ingredients but as it is it's a useless video. Waste of time.

  5. I’m going to try this but without the soy sauce because that’s around 4,000mg of sodium. I read somewhere online where you can substitute water + worcestershire sauce for it.
