  1. I have had an electric pressure cooker ive been using for 2 years and love it for tough cuts of meat, roasts, corned beef, stew… Also hard boiled eggs, they peel every time!

  2. I was wondering if in your new cookbook you can have "note pages" added on, that way when you have a new recipe we can just add it to the book.

  3. Reading the manual would probably be a good idea. . if you don't have one, you can get one online. When sauteing you need to wait until the digital read out says "HOT" before putting anything in it.

  4. After your Pot comes down from pressure, use the sauté function to to add your thickening. You do not have to transfer it to the stove to do that. After you thicken it you can just push keep warm and your dinner will stay warm.

  5. I love my electric pressure cooker!!! I usually sauté my meat to brown it and then add the onions and other ingredients. I love the flavor of the browned meat. I think you will like the Instant Pot when you get used to how it works.

  6. Hi Jill ty so much for a speedy delivery on my cookbook living on a dime. I really liked how you wrote spittle something and signed your first name. Your a sweetheart and I love your show. Do you have an apron I can buy.
