A quick steak dressing with some bold but appetizing flavors. With grilling season quickly approaching, I thought I’d share this steak dressing recipe with you to enhance your grilled steaks. This is also a great way to make full use of a cheap (flavorless) cut of beef. The printable recipe will be available at ChrisDeLaRosa.com This also works as an excellent salad dressing as well.

1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
2 birds eye pepper (no seeds)
2 scallions (green parts)
1 shallot
3/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
lemon juice (1 lemon)
Feta cheese (as much as you like)

  1. LOVE THIS! I have a similar one where I use roasted garlic. Quick question why do you feel this is not Caribbean? You are a Caribbean cook who who is cosmopolitan so I don't understand why this can't be on the Caribbean Pot site? you are the very able sum of all your parts, I just don't get the division.

  2. Feta, I knew it! Now that's some tasty looking food and I can't wait to try it out myself, so thank you for the upload and continued success to you good Sir! 🙂
