  1. You donโ€™t even hold a taco correctly. It should be folded over slightly in the middle, grabbed with three fingers so that 60 percent of the taco is cone shaped and in front of your fingers. Your pinky is loose. You do not make carnitas without lard. What you made is braised pork shoulder.

  4. I love this style of instructional video. It is clear cut, precise, to the point…..none of the rambling like many other recipe videos.

  5. I'm sorry dude but that is not carnitas. That is boiled pork. Carnitas is simmered in lard until it's falling apart and tender. Cooked in fat not boiled in water.
