  1. Hi guys! I'm definitely gearing up for Cinco de Mayo with all the new recipes this month. And today I've got some delicious carne asada for you. As a reminder, I'm using my cassava flour tortillas for the tacos as I'm gluten-free (celiac) and mostly grain-free, but definitely opt for corn tortillas for more traditional street tacos. PS – check the link in the description for my delicious mango margaritas as well! xo – Lisa

  2. I can't wait to make this dish! So easy and full of flavor! By the way, how do you keep the other half of your avocado with the pit in it from oxidizing? Love your videos!

  3. what is that little hand juicer? Don't see it listed above and looks super handy compared to my electric one. Thanks for all you do! I'm on a binge watch too. Love the recipe and the style and the production and ease. Great work! I featured you last week in my newsletter to >700+ too – for women living with chronic illness.

  4. Hmm I thought Carne Asada would be super thin stake. Or does the meat choice not really matter?
Thoughts on parboiling the potato wedges? It makes soft inside and crispy on the outside.

    Wow almost to 100K!

  5. I love carne asada fries. We go to a fast food place that makes really good care asada fries. Its delicious. Thanks for showing this.

  6. I prefer the marinade for my carne asada with parsley as I am allergic to cilantro. Thanks for the ideas for the carne asada
