  1. I've found that if you have a rite aid mixer, or the like, you can easily shred chicken in mere seconds with the paddle attachment. So boil, grill, roast or however you want to cook your chicken then throw it in and turn it on and there you go. This ONLY works with boneless chicken.

  2. If I had no other choice but to do it this way, I would use some chicken broth or veggie broth as the liquid, (the reduced sodium version, if using canned broth ).

  3. This would be fine with two very minor changes.

    1. Brown the chicken in the pan with the vegetable oil on both sides, then add the onion and continue as written.

    2. Add a cup of water to de-glaze the pan before adding the seasonings. Bring it to a boil. Then simmer until the chicken is fall-apart tender, adding a bit more water as needed to keep it moist.

It'll take a bit longer, but cooking in flavorful liquid will make a difference.

  4. Please bring back the old video format, I mean with the voice over video!
First, I don't like the white letters floating all over the place.
Second, it was much better(fun) to learn cooking through voice over videos that you guys had before.. It felt more comfortable, soothing to watch.
I don't know please bring back the old version.
You guys are losing your own style I guess.. I mean that was your "style" if you know what I mean..
    Thank you!

  5. Boiled chicken? I haven't done that for years because of how tough and pale the chicken gets…this is why I roast my chicken
