Here is an easy recipe for salsa roja using dried chiles. It reminds me of a taqueria style salsa that goes great with tacos.
INGREDIENTS
4 chile arbol
2 chile pasilla
2 cloves garlic
1/4 of an onion
1 roma tomato
fresh cilantro
salt to taste

Going to try that one !!
I made this salsa tonight and my family loved it with the rolled chicken tacos! It was an instant hit! I'm hooked on your channel right now! I can't get enough of your recipes and style of cooking. It's really really good food. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. I saw you make the flour tortillas, and those looked like the most delicious tortillas ever. Food Network does not have the corner on good cooking at all by a long stretch.
She only used a little of the water to make the salsa…You can bet a lot of the flavor from the vegetables and chilies was left in the water that never got used. I dunno, this recipe kinda goes against some basic principles of cooking. I would boil my vegetables and chilies in the exact amount of water I needed to make the salsa, no more, no less.
Hi, How long will this last in the fridge?
I love your videos! I've learned a lot just by watching. Thank you!
