  1. Taco seasoning from stores often contains about 50% glucosesirup (concentraded carbohydrates dissolved in water).
    Best to make it yourself if you want to really cut down on carbs.

    I like to mix together:

    3 tablespoons chilipowder
    2 tablespoons paprikapowder
    2-3 tablespoons cumin powder
    1 tablespoon crushed chiliflakes (optional)
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons dried coriander
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    2-3 teaspoons sea salt

  3. I am fine without the narrator, although that would've been preferable so we can watch the process and not need to avert our eyes to the letters to read them. However, it's extra chore to read the texts that are above light backgrounds and overlapping the bigger letters.
