  1. "Beef tartare" is pronounced like "are" (the 2. person of "to be") in a British accent. So, it's like a long ah and not r in American English. "Beef t-are-t-are" or "tah-tah". And the stress is on the second syllable and it's longer than the first one, like "tah-tahh". Does that make any sense?

  2. I'm gonna make this for my wife now lol, she's Korean and she's not big on Mexican food, so this'll be a big surprise for her..
