Korean Taco Recipe!

A little Korean/Mexican food fusion here. My favorite Korean flavors, wrapped up in a fresh, warm tortilla! Great stuff! **Links below**
Marinade:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine (or Mirin)
1/4 cup honey
1 Asian pear, diced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
3 stalks green onion, chopped
Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy bean paste
2 tablespoons K-Pop Sauce https://www.kpopfoods.com
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Sauce #2
1/3 cup mayo
K-Pop to taste

  2. Looks interesting! I followed one of your umami burger recipes and discovered that your opinion on heat levels and mine are misaligned. Can't remember the name but it was a Japanese spice that I bought sampled and the heat level was far above my personal tolerance (subjective?). It was fucking hottttt and If remember correctly it was 1 of 3 escalating levels of heat …. Anyway this is my only issue I've ever had recreating one of yours gems…..I can't handle stupid level heat in spices and you my man like and under estimate levels of heat (IMO) the senses in your mouth must be dead to only feel the heat in the "back of your throat"
