Slow Cooker Taco Chicken
1 lb Chicken Breasts
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix (optional)
1 Jar Salsa
Chicken Broth or Water (if you need more juice)
Optional – Canned Black or Pinto Beans
Combine all ingredients into your slow cooker. My chicken was frozen, so I cooked it on low for 8 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken in the slow cooker.
Serve with your favorite taco sides – taco shells, tortillas or over a salad.
I served this with a Cheesy Bean and Rice Bake
