  1. Buy Arrachera at Mexican markets, is the best cut of meat for carne asada, burritos and more and its so tender. You can marinate the meat with your favorite seasoning salt, or garlic salt and pepper, fresh citrus juice to taste and some beer. Mexican beer is the best one; my recipe is one cold beer for the marinade and one cold beer for the cook he he. However can buy the seasoning salt a Mexican markets along with fresh salsas mmm.

  2. Usually, I put the jalapeno in between the steaks where the flare up roasts one side to black while the other side green. Just for color contrast and some of that burnt flavor.

  3. its funny everbody says to have the meat rest
    i tryed it and it really doesnt make a differents .lol its better to eat your steak right off the grill
