Today I show you how to make soy free vegan ground beef 🙂

This is a 100% plant based vegan meat substitute that you can use as taco meat, pizza topping, in Bolognese sauce, in lasagna and many more recipes.

If you are looking for a great mince meat alternative that is soy free, then this tasty cauliflower and walnut mixture is perfect.

Recipe by Cooking With Plants

Ingredients:

*** Metric measurements

750g (1 medium head) cauliflower
1 cup (100g) walnuts
140g tomato paste
1 tbs tamari (soy sauce or braggs aminos)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp celtic sea salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp white pepper (or to taste)
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Add any herbs and spices you like for variations in flavor 🙂

  1. I thought I was good in the kitchen, but you put me to shame. If it doesn't have meat in it, I suck. I went whole foods plant based 5-6 months ago for fibromyalgia. You make me feel like a rank amateur. This is not a negative comment, btw. I have a lot to learn. Thank you for having a youtube channel I can learn from. You totally rock.

  2. Going to try it w/o salt as I am salt and oil free. Usually a little extra garlic powder and some red chili flakes makes it ok so, I'll try it. I've been looking for something like this. I still don't have a food processor so I want to ask you what brand yours is. Really looks like a good one. Thanks for posting.
